Perfect Fit currently does not offer a free shipping option, and it is the customer’s responsibility to purchase shipping via their selected method or place their order in a Perfect Fit branch Will Call for pickup.
Shipping costs vary depending upon the carrier’s base fees, customer location, shipping method and package size/weight/dimensions. Depending upon the dimensions and packaging needs of ordered items, some items may be shipped in separate rolls or boxes to comply with each shipping service’s policies.
We charge a $3.00 handling fee in addition to shipping carrier charges.
In the event of mis-quoted shipping charges, carrier calculator outages or other quoting issues, a Perfect Fit representative will contact you to discuss issues with your shipping fees and provide options for other carriers or changes in shipping.
Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages are often higher due to carrier oversize fees, splitting packages to not exceed carrier weight limits, etc.
There are multiple shipping carriers available for selection including UPS, USPS, and Our Truck (Perfect Fit’s regional delivery service). We will always try to accommodate your selected delivery method. If a certain carrier is unable to deliver to your location, a Perfect Fit representative will contact you about your order and provide alternate shipping options.
If you would like to pick up your items in-person at your nearest Perfect Fit branch, you may select the “Will Call” option from your list of available shipping methods. We provide Will Call service free of charge. Special order items are unavailable for Will Call service and must be shipped.
Aerosol cans and other hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air and some adhesives and cleaners can only be shipped via ground, please refer to individual item info for specifications on which items are ineligible for certain shipping methods.
Orders are typically shipped in the order received and are usually shipped within 24 hours of order receipt (not including orders placed on weekends). If you need to guarantee a shipping date, please contact your nearest Perfect Fit branch to speak with a representative.
Our website does not track live inventory. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, a Perfect Fit representative will contact you and discuss backorder or item removal options.
Some orders may be shipped separately from multiple branch locations (or from the manufacturer in the case of special ordered items) and will arrive in multiple packages. No additional shipping fees will be applied to split orders unless there were mis-quoted shipping charges, carrier calculator outages or other quoting issues at the time your order was placed.
Package Transit Times
Shipping times, regardless of chosen carrier, may vary depending on weather, seasonal package volume or other unforeseen delays. If you need to track your order, please contact your nearest Perfect Fit branch to request a tracking number.
Once shipped, Perfect Fit is not responsible for shipping delays or late delivery of merchandise in transit. If you need to guarantee a delivery date, please contact your nearest Perfect Fit branch to speak with a representative about your expedited shipping options.
Perfect Fit currently only ships within the United States and its territories and Canada. If you have an out-of-country shipping request, please contact Perfect Fit with a list of desired items and a destination address. If Perfect Fit can accommodate your shipping request, a Perfect Fit Representative will contact you with a total price quote including shipping.
In the event that your package arrives from the carrier with damage to the ordered goods inside, please contact Perfect Fit within 3 business days of receipt of damaged items. We may request that photos of the damage be sent to us to confirm damages and to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Damaged package incidents are resolved on a case-by-case basis in order to reach the most satisfactory resolution.
