At perfect Fit, we try to make our sales process as easy and fair as possible. Read through our sales policy below to better understand our policies surrounding pricing and returns before making your order so you can be best informed about these policies.

Pricing
All prices and price breaks listed are subject to change without notice. Any incorrect pricing on this site or pricing errors made by the software/program are subject to correction. If pricing corrections must be made, a Perfect Fit representative will reach out to you for approval before your order is shipped. Quantity price breaks are made available to customers that purchase higher amounts of products.

Customers without a State Business ID on file with Perfect Fit are ineligible to receive wholesale pricing in-store or through our website. To sign up for a wholesale account, please create an account at perfectfit.com and go to "My Account" in the top right corner to enter your State Business ID. Please note that all wholesale accounts must be approved by a Perfect Fit representative before a customer receives wholesale pricing. Please allow 2 Business Days (not including weekends or holidays) for your wholesale account to be approved.

Sole proprietorships: Please DO NOT enter your Social Security Number under State Business ID. Please contact your nearest Perfect Fit branch for more information on what business information you should provide in lieu of a State Business ID.

Returns
Please contact Perfect Fit about all requested returns within 10 days of item receipt. All requests received after this time period are no longer eligible for return service. All returns must be authorized with a Perfect Fit representative prior to return.

We handle return requests on a case-by-case basis and try to accommodate our customers as best we can. To request a return, please follow the guidelines and rules listed below.

Please thoroughly inspect all products received for damage, flaws and correct color/yardage before installing, cutting, or using. No returns are accepted for filling errors after material has been used, cut, washed or otherwise modified in any way.

Returns are not accepted on cut goods (“Cut goods” refers to product including but not limited to: Upholstery fabrics, Upholstery vinyl, Carpet, Hulliner, Foam) when the material shipped and received is the product and quantity that was requested at time of ordering.

Returns are not accepted on material where color matching has been attempted using photos on this site instead of physical swatches. Computer screens vary, and therefore it is impossible to guarantee a color match using only photos on this site as reference. If you need to color match your material, you can request that swatches of available materials be mailed to you by contacting your nearest Perfect Fit branch. Sample fees may apply.

If an error has been made on your order (incorrect yardage, wrong color, wrong item, etc.) Please contact your nearest Perfect Fit branch for replacement and return instructions.

If no error has been made on your order, and you want to request a return for an item you no longer want or need, please contact Perfect Fit for approval and return instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees on returns. Original shipping fees on returns where no error has been made on your order are non-refundable.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
