PRICING POLICY
All prices subject to change without notice. Any incorrect pricing on this site or pricing errors made by the software/program are subject to correction. Notification of any corrections will be made to customer for approval before order is completed and shipped.
RETURN POLICY
We hope we have provided enough information for an informed purchasing decision. We also understand that for various reasons the return of goods purchased is desired. We handle return requests on a case by case basis and try to accommodate our customers as best we can. Please contact customer service. No returns on goods that are cut to size. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Return because of our error-
Because of a description error, order entry or fulfillment fault of our own and you have received the wrong merchandise we want to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Please contact Perfect Fit - McDonald Inc. for replacement and return instructions. We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of order for a full credit. Credit is issued upon inspection of goods and verification that merchandise is in the claimed condition and was purchased from us.
Inspect Goods Before Cutting! All items (upholstery yardage and other goods to be cut and sewn or installed) must be inspected for correct pattern and correct color before being cut as no returns or credit will be allowed after they are cut.
ABOUT COLORS
All material colors on this site are reproductions and are representations of the actual material.
Note: Web color limitations make accurate color duplication impossible. For exact color matching, please ask for a clipping of that actual color.
No returns accepted due to color matching.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Charges
Customers pay all shipping charges. All shipments are FOB our warehouses or original shipping point in the case of special order or non stocked items.
Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. Please note that shipping charges added during checkout process are estimated shipping charges only. The shipping rates for most items we sell are based on the weight and size of the item(s). All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in keeping with the policies of the carrier(s). We charge $3.50 handling then exact costs. Shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary when your package is shipped. Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages may be higher. Please note that if you order fabric or vinyl and you have ordered supplies, supplies may be shipped in a separate box which will add to the estimated shipping charges.
Shipping Methods
We ship by UPS, and common carriers. Our shopping cart lists UPS only. If we feel there is a better alternate method we will contact you for approval. We try to accommodate your preferred method of shipment.
Aerosol cans cannot usually be shipped by air and some adhesives and cleaners can only be shipped by truck or common carrier.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or late delivery of merchandise in transit.
In most cases, we can ship your order the same day on orders placed before 10AM (PST). Unless you specifically instruct us otherwise, we will ship your order via UPS ground. Approximate UPS Transit Times.
Items stated as "In Stock" may be out temporarily and we will advise you of any backorders.
Alaska and Hawaii- In general we ship all orders via the U. S. Post Office. We use Priority Post Mail depending on package size.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you receive a damaged package have the delivery person note the condition on the delivery receipt and file a claim directly with that freight carrier.
If you must refuse a shipment for any reason, contact us at once so we know what to expect.
UPS Transit Times
Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times.
Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.
