HH-66 Vinyl Cement
A clear, super strong, waterproof, flexible adhesive to bond vinyl to vinyl and to most others substrates like plastics, metals, glass, wood and leather. Fast drying, heat, weather, chemical and oil resistant, contains acetone and toluene. Excellent for patching and sealing. Brush in lid for easy application except gallons and up sizes.
R-H Products Co., Inc. produces HH-66 Vinyl Cement for use as a contact adhesive for PVC vinyl products. This adhesive type is commonly called a Bodied Adhesive or Bodied Solvent. When properly applied, tests show HH-66 provides a super strong, waterproof, flexible bond for PVC materials. It is highly resistant to temperature and weather extremes, and is excellent for patching and sealing vinyls.
Effects of freezing: Reversible gel - KEEP FROM FREEZING.
Clean both surfaces before cementing. For optimum results, HH-66 should be applied by brush, although a roller may be used. Apply one coat to each surface. Application should be made bonding coated surface to coated surface using roller pressure to mate the surfaces. Although the material may be bonded while wet, optimum results are achieved when waiting 3 to 5 minutes before bonding the surfaces together.As with all products, HH-66 should be field tested on specimens of substrate under actual working conditions to guarantee the development of maximum bond values.
