Sea-Flex® PVC press polished sheets were developed for Boat Windows and other Outdoor Enclosures.
Kal-Glas® PVC press polished sheets were developed for Automotive Convertible Top Windows.
Kal-Glas® meets AS-6 and Mil Spec. P18080A requirements.
Kal-Glas® and Sea-Flex® have U.V. stabilizers added to enhance longevity and clarity.
Both are excellent in cases where optical clarity and distortion-free visibility are essential.
Press polished PVC sheets have been developed and formulated for outdoor enclosures.
Press polished sheets are sewable, RF weldable and solvent bondable, store easily and will not break or crack when folded.
Kal-Glas® is especially manufactured for both the automotive original equipment and aftermarket industries, and are used for convertible tops, rear and side panels for Jeeps and SUV’s and various window panels in boats.
They are offered in 0.020 inch and 0.040 inch thickness.
Sea-Flex® available in .030 and .040. in sheets 50" x 100".
All 50" X 100" sheets sold by the full drum only.
